Indian national from Kerala killed, 2 injured in anti-tank missile attack in Israel’s northern border

Kerala: An Indian citizen from Kerala has been killed, while two more people have been injured in an anti-tank missile attack in Israel’s northern border. The civilians affected in this attack are from Kerala.

In this case, an anti-tank missile fired from Lebanon struck a plantation in the moshav (collective farming community) Margaliot in the Galilee region in Israel’s north around 11 a.m. on Monday.

According to official sources, the deceased has been identified as Patnibin Maxwell of Kollam, Kerala, while the injured have been identified as Bush Joseph George and Paul Melvin. He has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.

The attack is believed to have been carried out by the Shiite Hezbollah faction in Lebanon, which has been launching rockets, missiles and drones in support of Hamas amid the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
